Our subscription plans are especially targeted on people and businesses that need frequent updates and support. Each plan includes the following services:
Reaction time usually within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive adequate and professional answers to each of your support requests but there is no guarantee on reaction times. Under certain circumstances (weekends, public holidays and heavy workload), there might be delays. On rare occasions you will be asked to contact the support directly. If communicating directly with our support, make sure your email address given to the support is correct and check your spam folders if our answers seem overdue.

If we are not able to help you on your first issue, you will be refunded the full amount. If we cannot help you on your 2nd and 3rd issue, 50% will be refunded. After this period, we decide on a case-by-case basis about further refunds.

Upon purchasing a membership, we collect your name, username, company name if provided, email address and password in order for you to have access to login to your account for the duration of your membership. We might send you notifications about important product updates (approx. 1-2 a year).
